Deployment instructions
Add Kadira measurement
- Create a Kadira account and a ship application
- To add it to the application: meteor add meteorhacks:kadira
- During deployment: rhc env set KADIRA_APP_ID=... KADIRA_APP_SECRET=... -a ship
