Governance
Governance at Nasqueron is distributed and consensual.
Members can create special interest groups (SIG), self-managed, with or without internal rules, convention or customs.
SIGs can take responsibilities, and, when these responsibilities impact Nasqueron as a whole, receive a delegations of authority or a power of representation.
For project as a whole decisions, Nasqueron members can take resolutions by consensus.
